2 Account Registration & Usage

• Each individual or household is permitted to create one account only.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential.
• Report any unauthorized activity on your account to Jitbazz Support immediately.
• Accounts cannot be transferred to a third party.

3 Deposits & Payments

Deposits on Jitbazz are easy via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Before making a deposit, make sure you have the correct payment number and amount. Funds lost due to incorrect details may not be recoverable.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 50.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using a third-party payment account may be rejected.

4 Withdrawals & KYC Verification

Your account must have a completed KYC verification before you can withdraw funds from Jitbazz. The KYC process requires you to submit your National ID or passport along with a selfie.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200.
• Withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
